How You'll Receive Your Files

We want you to get your new digital goodies as quickly and easily as possible. Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download in three simple ways:

  1. On the "Thank You" Page: Immediately after your purchase is complete, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a direct link to download your files.

  2. Via Email: Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from support@flaffees.com containing a secure link to download your files. Please be sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder if you don't see it in your primary inbox.

  3. In Your Customer Account: If you created an account on our website during checkout, you can log in at any time and access all your past purchases and download links directly from your "Orders" section.

Opening Your Files: Formats & Software

Your files will be delivered in one of the following formats. Here’s what you’ll need to open them:

  • PDF Files: These are the most common files for our planners, trackers, and journals.

    • For Printing: You can open and print these files using any free PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (available for free online).

    • For Digital Planning: To use these files on a tablet (like an iPad), you will need a compatible PDF annotation app, such as GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf.

  • ZIP Archives (.zip): To keep your downloads organized, multiple files (like a full planner kit) may be delivered in a single compressed .zip folder.

    • On a Desktop (Mac or PC): You can open a .zip file by simply double-clicking it. The folder will automatically decompress, and you’ll see all the individual files inside.

    • On a Tablet or Phone: You may need to use a free app from the App Store or Google Play to "unzip" the folder before you can access the files.

  • PNG Files (.png): These are high-quality image files, typically used for digital wallpapers. No special software is needed; you can open and set them as your wallpaper directly on your phone or computer.
